Founding-operator rate — first 50 ISPs only, 37 slots left
For fiber & WiFi operators across the Philippines

While you sleep, FiberBill collects.

Invoices go out, GCash payments post themselves, overdue lines get cut and reconnected — straight on your MikroTik. You count revenue, not screenshots.

The problem

You know this night by heart.

Your subscriber count keeps growing — and so do the hours you lose to collections instead of your network.

EVERY NIGHT

Screenshot, scroll, reply

Endless "please check my GCash" messages. You hunt the reference number, match it to a name, type it into Excel. One by one. Dozens a night.

15TH & 30TH

Spreadsheet roulette

Who has a balance? Who is due tomorrow? One shifted cell or duplicated row and the wrong person gets billed — or gets cut.

11 PM

Manual cut and reconnect

You open Winbox to disable the secret of whoever didn't pay — then enable it again once they do. You are the cron job of your own business.

The real cost

Manual billing isn't free. You pay for it every single day.

Numbers we saw inside a real mid-size Filipino ISP that still collects by hand:

0
lost every day to encoding payments and checking screenshots
0
of subscribers carry an untracked balance in any given month
0
uncollected in a single month — and that's just one small ISP

Your revenue isn't the problem. Your system is.

The fix

One system. Your whole ISP.

We wired billing, payments, and your MikroTik into one machine — so your month runs without a hand on the wheel.

Invoices on autopilot

Monthly statements per subscriber — first month prorated, anchored to the install date or one common cutoff. Your choice.

Payments post themselves

GCash, Maya, cards and over-the-counter through a branded checkout. The moment money lands, it's on the ledger and the line is back up.

Reminders before the cut

In action

Watch a month run itself.

Invoices, payments, reconnections — the work that used to keep you up, happening while you do anything else.

Getting started

Three steps, one afternoon.

STEP 01

Add your router

Name, location, IP and API user — with test connection and one-click sync of profiles and secrets straight from the MikroTik.

STEP 02

Set up plans and subscribers

Create Plan 799, 999, 1299 — mapped to your RouterOS profiles. Import subscribers or pull them from the router.

STEP 03

Let the month run

Invoices, reminders, payments, cuts, reconnects, receipts — all automatic. Your only job: grow the network.

Operators who went first

"Like having an employee who never sleeps."

From the founding operators already running on FiberBill:

★★★★★
I used to spend 2–3 hours every night on GCash screenshots. Now it's zero — payments auto-post and even the receipt sends itself. I got my evenings back.

The auto-throttle to a DUEDATE profile — our past-due dropped by almost half in the first month. We don't plead anymore; the system does the reminding.

I don't dread the 15th anymore. I know who will pay, who gets cut, and I'm not the one doing the cutting. It's all on one dashboard.

Setup? One afternoon. I connected the router, the secrets synced, and by that evening invoices were out. I should have done this years ago.

Questions

Before you decide.

Does it really talk to MikroTik?

Yes — directly over the RouterOS API (v6 and v7). It syncs PPPoE profiles and secrets, switches profiles for throttle/cutoff, disables/enables accounts, and watches live router status with a backup DDNS if the primary IP drops.

What about GCash? Most of my subscribers pay there.

Two ways: (1) hosted checkout where they pay online and the payment posts automatically — including auto-reconnect; (2) manual recording with proof-of-payment upload in the portal, so even cash or direct GCash transfers have evidence and post in one click.

I already have 500+ subscribers. How do I migrate?

Sync the secrets straight from your router or import a CSV. Plans map onto the RouterOS profiles you already use — you don't have to touch your network to switch billing.

How much after the trial? Any hidden fees?

The founding rate is ₱999/month per router — locked for life, unlimited subscribers. No setup fee, no per-subscriber fee. SMS credits and payment-gateway fees run on your own accounts at provider cost.
